We are located in Spokane Valley, Washington and offer breakfast and lunch with a huge variety of traditional choices as well as our own special offerings that we are quite proud of!

For breakfast you can choose from Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs, Eggs Benedict, Oatmeal and Toast , "Bradley Street" Breakfast Sandwich, The King's Omelet, our Signature Scramble, Blueberry Pancakes, Belgium Waffles, French Toast and so much more.

For lunch try our big selection of Cottage Burgers including Spicy Jalapeno Burger, Hawaiian Burger, Classic Cheese Burger or maybe some Fish and Chips. We also offer your favorite sandwiches like BLT, Patty Melts, Reubens and Grilled Cheese.

We have items for the smaller appetite and a Kid's Menu as well.

Compliment with one of our specialty coffees and hot chocolate or your favorite beer or wine!

"Hands down the best breakfast I've ever had that I didn't have to cook myself. I got the signature scramble and it was flat out amazing. It's also tremendous so come hungry or be prepared to take some home with you. My husband got the french toast special and he was so pleased with it he ate the whole thing which is rare. We are moving to the Olympia area and if there isn't a good breakfast place there I am more than willing to take weekend trips here just to come to Cottage Cafe.

Also note, the place was PACKED the whole time we were there so be prepared to wait. The kitchen is incredibly fast though, so waiting for food is not an issue. Those hash browns are so good! I make a lot of hash browns at home and can't come close. Big portions, huge really. I frequently take home leftovers, which is a rarity in this day and age. Very reasonably priced, especially for the amount of food you get!

Ahhh a breath of fresh air.  It doesn't take long to realize that the Spokane Valley lacks a unique personality in the food arena.  Since Old European closed (*sheds a tear*) the Valley seemed to be missing a decent non-chain cafe.  And then, I discovered Cottage Cafe...

...The place has charm, very cute interior.  It was totally tidy, too...there was some cute outdoor seating, which is always a plus.  My food was delicous.  I got an omelette, and it was great.

Great place for lunch. Food is excellent and the service and cook time is super fast. Easy to get in and out in short lunch times.

We sat at the counter and had amazingly fast and attentive service. The chicken fried steak is the best I ever had, but beware that it is ginormous and should probably be shared. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

When visiting Spokane from Seattle, this place is a always the place to go for breakfast.  The Bradley Street Sandwich makes it worth the trip, huge egg sandwich with cottage fries.

Yummy food...Now don't show up and be disappointed if they won't seat you without your whole party! You must all be there because there is such a want to eat here!! The food is awesome!! No matter what you order! I particularly love the staff here they are easy going and welcoming! You can totally see the kitchen which is nice!! If you want great food, good price and comfortable this is the place. I have been MANY times now and love everything that I have ever tried here!! Such a nice place for the Valley and so needed!

I enjoyed lunch with a friend at the Cottage. The staff were all super friendly, which is a big plus in my book, besides, they seem genuinely pleased to serve you, not just pasting on fake smiles.

I had the Reuben Sandwich with Cottage Fries, which are natural-cut fries on steroids! lol

They were gigantic! Yummy too. There wa no way I could finish the whole sandwich and all the fries in one sitting, the portions are large enough for a hungry lumberjack! A woman working an office job can barely handle half the sandwich. Another big plus!

The whole place is immaculate. Spotless. The wooden floors shine and look well-worn, cottage-y. hmmm. duh. A+ for the Cottage.
